Display warning when max contacts reached

I tried to load additional contacts via the Import feature. I received this error { // Phone 'n' is invalid } upon inspection I saw another error flash briefly, but then disappear, it indicated max contacts were reached. but, it's extremely hard to see becuase of the brief display

Fix delivery failures with SMS numbers that have changed carriers

I receive failure notices and have figured out it's because the person changed carriers. Allow us to edit the SMS sign up info to reflect this.
